Red Oak Ranch Property Owner's Association (RORPOA)

The RORPOA operates on a fiscal year basis; September through August of each year. An annual maintenance charge is collected from the property owners for each lot.   The FY2012 maintenance fee is $585.

A property owner's meeting is held at least once a year, usually in October or November.
